Task 4: The Effectiveness of Inter-Governmental Methods of Tackling Climate Change & Examination of Obstacles to International Cooperation (20 marks; 450 words)

- You need to provide analysis of intergovernmental methods used to tackle climate change.
- What kinds of problems occurred which prevented making international agreements from being effective?
- Write about links between problems with the implementation intergovernmental methods and your chosen disaster.
- Provide analysis of obstacles international action for tackling climate change.
- What are the challenges to securing international agreement for action on climate change?
