Background Context:

Public health services and, the education and training of nurses and doctors will be cut by £1bn next year as part of the government’s plan to boost the NHS’s budget by £20bn by 2023, it has emerged.

Assume that you have been newly employed as the director of the finance department of Public Health England (PHE). As part of your responsibilities, you have been tasked with devising a strategy to address the funding crisis the Public Health services will be facing until the year 2023.

Based on the scenario above, attempt all questions below:
